WhiteFlutter was born at the intersection of 16 years in Tech Leadership and a life-altering Breast Cancer diagnosis. After years of navigating high-level burnout and a profound journey through recovery, I realized that true resilience requires more than just survival; it requires a deliberate architecture of the soul.

My mission is to bring the depth of traditional Classical Hatha and Kriya techniques into the homes of busy, disciplined seekers. I provide a sanctuary where the ancient science of Self-Realization meets the practical needs of modern life. We don’t just offer a class; we offer the internal framework to move from survival into a state of expansive joy.

Our Signature Offering: The 75-Minute Immersion Flow

Your Weekly Anchor for System Restoration

We do not rush the process. Our classes use a structured sequence designed for deep neural defragmentation.

  • 0–15 Mins: Grounding & Arrival Centering, gentle preparation, and breathwork (Pranayama) to soothe the nervous system.

  • 15–60 Mins: Movement (Kriya) Intentional, rhythmic movement paired with High-Frequency Affirmations to overwrite stress patterns.

  • 60–75 Mins: Integration & Stillness Guided deep relaxation to clear the "mental clutter," allowing the spirit to expand into its natural state.
