“Where the Spirit takes Flight.”

THE HEART BEHIND WHITEFLUTTER

WhiteFlutter wasn't built in a studio; it was forged in the fire of a life-altering battle. Following a grueling journey through breast cancer treatment, navigating the fog of "chemo-brain," the physical toll of surgery, and the deep fatigue of the nervous system, I was granted a "new start."

The white butterfly became my anchor: a symbol of the deliberate, sometimes painful movement from survival back into the light.

"My work is the architecture of expansion, a way to move from the 'survival mode' of illness or burnout into a state of high-frequency joy."

A Journey of Resilience

I teach from the intersection of 20 years of practice and 16 years in the corporate arena. This foundation was my sanctuary when the "system" was under extreme pressure.

  • For the Survivor | I understand the "betrayal" of the body. I use Kriya and Hatha to help you reclaim your physical sanctuary after treatment side effects have left you feeling disconnected.

  • For the Professional | I know the weight of high-performance burnout. I provide the "Operating System" to silence the noise and manage your energy, not just your stress.

  • For the Young Adult | I see the struggle for focus in a chaotic world. I help you build an internal foundation of clarity before life's pressures begin to mount.

The Authority

  • Lived Experience | Maintaining a disciplined practice through the most challenging timelines of medical recovery.

  • Bridging the Gap | Finalizing a specialized Yoga Teacher Certification (May 2026) to merge high-performance leadership with modern recovery protocols.

  • Energy Management | We don't just "do yoga"; we regulate the nervous system to cultivate a purity of mind that stays steady regardless of external circumstances.

The Vision: Where the Spirit Takes Flight

WhiteFlutter is an invitation to the visionary, the survivor, and the seeker: move from the noise into the stillness. Build the internal architecture that allows for true lightness.

Healing is not a destination; it is an ascent. Shall we begin?
