The Sunday Protocol: A Live Online Sanctuary
Our gatherings are held live via Zoom every Sunday from 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM, providing a consistent, logic-based anchor within the sanctuary of your own home.
We do not rush the process. Our classes use a structured sequence designed for deep neural defragmentation.
0–15 Mins: Grounding & Arrival Centering, gentle preparation, and breathwork (Pranayama) to soothe the nervous system.
15–60 Mins: Movement (Kriya) Intentional, rhythmic movement paired with High-Frequency Affirmations to overwrite stress patterns.
60–75 Mins: Integration & Stillness Guided deep relaxation to clear the "mental clutter," allowing the spirit to expand into its natural state.
